The definition of a body: "A physical structure, including bones, flesh, and organs, of a person or an animal." As mentioned in this dictionary, a body is only 'defied' a body if they have the necessary contents. Think of it this way. If you did not have a heart, would you be alive right now? No, of course not. As most people know, or should know, we cannot survive without our hearts, for we could not live without something pumping blood. As such, the same goes for all of our other components. You cannot breathe without a pair of lungs, you cannot think without a brain, cannot move without a muscle; the list goes on and on. However, as some know, some organs have similar purposes. This is why we classify them into systems. A system is a group of organs that work towards the same goal together. For instance, a digestive system is a group of organs that works together to digest food, an excretory system one that works to remove waste, and the muscular system works to help us move. But do you think simply 'having' these systems is enought to keep our body working? No, once again, it is not. For our body to work properly, we need or systems to cooperate. To illustrate, imagine trying to walk with just your muscular system. Sure, it can move, but to move it where you'd like is a totally different story. Therefore, you would also need the help of your nervous system, which results in cooperation. No matter how you put it, you would need teamwork between your body systems for it to work as it's supposed to.
